Who you are
- 2–3 years of professional experience in financial control, accounting or a related field.
- A degree (HBO or University) in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, or financial modeling software).
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Your responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.

Oversee the budgeting process and ensure the teamleads have access to the right financial data to report progress.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Manage payroll, tax filings and accounts payable/receivable.

Point of contact for and overseeing our external administration/accountant.
