Tip 2: Ask the help desk or the Online Community Manager
Do you work at a large organization? Then it may be a good idea to ask your help desk colleagues which topics are popular or trending. They talk to clients directly and are asked a lot of questions. So they’ll be very well aware of what’s going on.
Or ask your Online Community Manager. This person also speaks to clients and will know exactly which topics could be interesting and useful to talk about in a webinar.
Tip 3: Check your own blog
Another useful source of information is your own website. Check which topics and blogs on your website are read the most. Or find out which content gets the most responses. This gives you a good idea of the information visitors of your website are looking for.
