The end of the year is here, and we’re wrapping it up with some exciting updates to make your WebinarGeek experience even better! From streamlining your Q&A to improving viewer engagement, here’s everything we’ve improved this month.

Zapier Q&A trigger

Get the most out of the Q&A feature. With our new Zapier trigger, you can automate actions for incoming questions. For example:

Automatically add questions to your CRM.

Notify your team in Slack.

Create tasks or tickets using your project management tools.

This means less manual work and more insights from viewer data.

Threads and more filters for Q&A

The Q&A is getting an upgrade to make it even more interactive and organized:

  • Threads: Start a discussion directly under a question. Viewers and your team can collaborate to answer or expand on ideas.

  • More filters: Find what matters faster. You can now focus on unanswered questions and sort questions by time or upvotes.

These updates are designed to help you manage questions more effectively and encourage meaningful conversations during webinars.

Updates to emails, videos, and redirects

We’ve polished some key features based on your feedback.

1. Video player improvements

Viewers can now scroll forward or backward by 10 seconds in the replay. This makes it easier for them to rewatch key parts or skip ahead.

2. Custom redirects made smarter

Enable the “Only send your watch link per email” option, and your custom redirect will always appear after registration. Great for promoting thank-you pages, lead magnets, or other content.

3. Duplicate emails with ease:

Copy emails from any type to another whether it’s registration, reminder, or follow-up emails, save time by duplicating and tweaking as needed.

We’re constantly working to make your webinar experience more powerful and user-friendly. Have feedback or ideas for our next update? Your input is what keeps us improving.

The next Product Update webinar is on January 15th. In this webinar, we will walk you through the latest features and give you a sneak peek at what’s coming. Sign up today!
