Here at WebinarGeek we’ve been busy with your statistics. We tried to make sure we’d be able to show you as much information as possible about the behaviour of the participants in your webinars. Obviously, the first thing you’d like to know is how people got to your registration page. Which marketing channels were most effective in generating leads? How long did participants view the registration page? And at what moment did those people leave the webinar?

We want to give you the most relevant data overviews. That’s exactly why we are excited to announce a bunch of very large updates in the statistics department!

We’re convinced that the extra data can help you get more out of your webinars. The information you are now able to access about the participants will allow you to adapt your marketing strategy and can provide you with the knowledge you need to improve your conversion rates.

A deep-dive into registration page visitor behavior

How well does the registration page convert?

The new insight will show you how many visitors your registration page had during the entire webinar campaign. Check out how many visitors were interested in registration from day to day, and learn how many actually subscribed themselves to the webinar.

The conversion rate of the page will tell you how well the registration page performs. If you’ve got a low conversion percentage, think about editing the title and/or texts on the page. Maybe it will help to add a short video introduction…?

Which marketing efforts are most effective?

Also analyze where the visitors on your registration page came from. That’s how you’ll learn which actions had the most effect on the number of visitors on the page. Is your email campaign the most successful part of your campaign, or that post you published on Facebook?

More insights into viewer behavior

Introducing the heatmap!

How many viewers were present during your broadcast minute by minute? The heatmap will tell you all about it. You’ll also get more insight into when viewers left the webinar. That’s very valuable data when evaluating your broadcast, so you’ll have the ability to adapt your next webinar to avoid the same issues in the future!

Numbers are fun, that’s why we added fun facts!

The fun facts will give you some interesting small bits of information about the webinar. For example, you’re able to see exactly how long your webinar was and how long viewers watched the broadcast for, on average. You’ll also be able to see the percentage of people that attended the webinar on time, as well as how many people watched the whole thing until the end.

Obviously, we let you know who was present the longest during the broadcast (perhaps that deserves a special reward…?) and who entered the call last. Maybe you forget to send them a reminder, or this person is notoriously bad at scheduling things.

The chat messages can also be read back if you wish to do so, and you’ll be able to see which webinar subscribers actually joined the live broadcast.

Sometimes it can be hard to show how your webinars had an added benefit to your company goals. It’s difficult to put that into hard data for some businesses. But showing ROI is one of the most essential parts in determining the added benefit of the webinars.

That’s exactly why we want to help you get a quick overview of the hard data. How did your webinars contribute to the company goals? Did you reach out to the right type of audience? Our statistics are meant to give you as much insight as possible into the behavior of your webinar participants.

With WebinarGeek, it’s now easier than ever to see how your registration page converts, and how much interaction there is during the webinar. You can even analyze on the individual level which viewers gave what type of comments. Pretty good stuff, right?
