Eliminated workload with Salesforce integration
Censornet provides powerful cybersecurity for small businesses. Discover how webinars and Salesforce allow them to focus more on the user’s journey and experience.
Could you describe your company and your role?
I'm the Head of Content at Censornet. We provide simple and effective cybersecurity solutions, focusing on Email, Web, and Identity Security, Data Loss Prevention, and Human Risk Management. Our goal is to give small and medium businesses the same level of security as large enterprises.
What are the primary purposes of your webinars?
Censornet is a market disruptor. We create unique products, like our Cloud App Security Module, which doesn’t need costly hardware. Our webinars are a cost-effective way to show our audience how we can help them.
Our uniqueness can be a challenge sometimes, so we needed to create a cost-effective and time-efficient way to communicate with our audience. - Lucinda Robinson, Censornet.
What do you use your webinar data for in Salesforce? Do you also use it for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or elsewhere?
We use webinar data to nurture relationships with current and future customers. The data is stored in both Salesforce and HubSpot, allowing marketing and sales to engage with individuals at the right time. Integrating WebinarGeek with Salesforce was easy and has streamlined our process.
It was incredibly easy to integrate WebinarGeek with Salesforce. - Lucina Robinson, Censornet
How has the integration improved your workflow?
As a small marketing team, the integration has saved us a lot of time by reducing manual tasks. It’s reliable, so we can focus more on improving the user experience instead of worrying about the technology.
It has enabled me to focus much more on the user’s journey and experience, rather than worrying about the technology. - Lucina Robinson, Censornet
Are there any improvements or functionalities you'd like to see added to the integration?
I would love to be able to customize the campaign names that get pulled from WebinarGeek. This could be as simple as using the internal name instead of the external name.
