This month’s updates focus on better feedback, clearer communication, and more control inside your webinars. Let’s walk through each new feature and discover what it means for you in practice.
More control over your evaluation form
You can now mark questions in your evaluation form as mandatory. Attendees must complete these questions before submitting the form. In addition, checkbox and radio button questions now support an extra free text input field, allowing attendees to elaborate on their answers.
Benefits:
Ensure you receive answers to your most important questions
Collect more detailed, qualitative feedback
Better understand attendee motivations and objections
Use clearer insights to improve future webinars
Blind copy for reminder and follow-up emails
Each reminder email and follow-up email sent through the platform can now automatically include a blind copy to your own email address. Once enabled, you’ll receive a copy of every scheduled message that goes out to your attendees.
Benefits:
See exactly what your attendees receive
Easily verify content, links, and timing
Keep colleagues informed without extra setup
Gain more control over your webinar communication
Turkish and Slovak language support
You can now configure your webinars in Turkish or Slovak. This setting applies across the webinar experience, including the registration page and webinar room.
Benefits:
Offer a localized experience for your audience
Reduce language barriers during registration and attendance
Strengthen trust with regional audiences
Expand into new markets more easily
HubSpot tracking integration
HubSpot users can now enable the HubSpot tracking script for their webinars. This allows visitor activity across the WebinarGeek platform to be tracked and viewed directly in your HubSpot account.
Benefits:
Combine webinar engagement data with your existing marketing data
Improve lead segmentation based on actual behavior
Create more targeted follow-ups
Provide sales teams with better insights
Simulated viewer counter for automated webinars
For automated webinars, you now have the option to use a simulated viewer counter. This displays a viewer count during the session, helping create the feeling that attendees are joining a shared experience rather than watching alone.
Benefits:
Create a stronger sense of live participation
Increase perceived engagement during automated sessions
Support higher attention and completion rates
Maintain scalability while improving viewer experience
